Abstract

|
Acute respiratory distress syndrome is severe diffuse alveolar injury. pulmonary infiltrations, severe hypoxemia and diffuse pulmonary infiltration chest x- ray. ARDS is lung parenchyma damage, that impair oxygen exchange and need more blood in your lungs and this means less oxygen can reach other organs. Direct injury or Indirect injury associated with the development of the acute respiratory distress syndrome. We report one case that idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis that symptoms are mild anemia, intermittent dyspnea. and that IPH cuase Acute respiratory distress syndrome.
